What they need
- Graduate of BS Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Registered Civil Engineer
- With three (3) years experience in real estate industry
Principal functions
Reviews and estimates structural, architectural,plumbing and electrical plans
Coordinates with Architects and Engineers regarding details, variations, inconsistencies and other querie regarding the project to obtain Bill of Quantities
Coordinates with Purchasing Department for current material price.
Prepares Bills of Quantities progress meter and bills of materials for occupancy permit
Conducts validation and evaluation of construction progress for billing purposes
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
