WE ARE HIRING – QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Umm Al Quwain, UAE.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate commercial quotations based on project requirements and client inquiries.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project requirements.
• Receive and follow up on customer inquiries and quotation requests.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain material prices and quotations.
• Prepare and submit quotations to clients within the required time.
• Follow up with clients regarding submitted quotations and provide necessary clarifications.
• Maintain records of quotations, inquiries, and project costing.
• Coordinate with the sales, procurement, production, and project teams.
• Review project costs and ensure quotations are commercially accurate.
• Assist in preparing revised quotations based on client requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in construction, fabrication, steel, aluminium, tent structures, or related industries.
• Good knowledge of quantity take-off, costing, and commercial quotation preparation.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work in Umm Al Quwain.
