Checking material specification order and delivery date.
To do payment claims as instructed by the supervisor.
Preparation and submission of tender and contract documents.
Progress valuation, payment certificate and variation order.
To do contract administration and procurement work.

Requirements:
Team player with Positive Thinking.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years working experience in construction.
Initiative, hardworking and able to work in a team.
Good command of MS Excel, word etc.
Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Open for "Contract for Services" (Starting Salary: RM4,000.00) .
