Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• In-depth experience in handling Senior QS duties, particularly in preparation of subletting contracts, interim payment application, certifying payment, valuation of variation, cost control & reporting, final account settlement;
• Monitor payment, variation & claims application and assessment and participate in negotiation;
• Negotiation with sub-contractor for relevant administration;
• Carrying out duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in local building construction project;
• With main contractors and subcontractors Q.S. experience is highly preferred;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Familiar with MS office;
• Extensive experience in the construction industry;
• Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
