URGENT HIRING: QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are urgently hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. If you have the skills and experience to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration, we need you now! This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact on key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project-related expenses.
• Monitor project costs and track variations from the original budget.
• Assist in contract administration, including reviewing and negotiating terms.
• Prepare interim valuations, cost reports, and financial forecasts.
• Manage procurement and work closely with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure all costs are tracked, and discrepancies are addressed promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying (construction industry preferred).
• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimating, procurement, and contract management.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management software(Critical Path Method) and Microsoft Excel .
• Immediate availability is preferred.
