What they need
- Menghitung volume pekerjaan dan membuat BOQ/RAB.
- Melakukan estimasi biaya proyek.
- Membaca dan mengecek gambar teknik.
- Menghitung kebutuhan material dan pekerjaan konstruksi.
- Membuat dan mengolah data menggunakan Excel & AutoCAD.
- Memastikan perhitungan volume dan biaya akurat.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim proyek dan lapangan.
Kualifikasi :
- S1 Teknik Sipil / Teknik Bangunan / bidang terkait
- Pengalaman sebagai Quantity Surveyor minimal 2 tahun menjadi nilai tambah
- Memahami quantity take-off, RAB, dan estimasi biaya konstruksi
- Mampu menghitung volume pekerjaan dan menyusun BOQ
- Memahami pekerjaan konstruksi dan material bangunan
- Mampu membaca gambar teknik
- Mampu menggunakan AutoCAD
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel
- Teliti, analitis, dan memiliki kemampuan perhitungan yang baik
- Komunikatif, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim
