Quantity Surveyor

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure quality of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards
• Inspect interior and construction works at site (civil, finishing, interiors)
• Analyze and understand 2D drawings and execution details
• Prepare and verify billing / measurements / BOQ
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Identify quality issues and suggest corrective actions
• Check materials used at site for quality and compliance
• Maintain quality reports, checklists, and site records
• Support project team in achieving quality and timely completion

Ensure work follows safety and quality procedures

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Any Degree or BE (Civil / Interior / Construction preferred)

• Minimum 1 year experience in Interior and Construction field

• Knowledge of billing and measurement works

• Ability to read and analyze 2D drawings

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (CAD)

• Working knowledge of MS Excel

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
