What they need
Jobs Description:
Preparing monthly progress claims, progress payment & finalization of accounts.
Source/ Liaise/ Negotiate of suppliers & vendors on quotations & requirements.
Handle Subcon’s progress claims & finalization of accounts
Liaise with Main Con/ Client / Sub-Contractor for the claims, VO or other contractual matters.
Follow up Payment Response/ Payment from Main Contractor/ Consultants/ Client.
Assist for tender quotation calling and preparing measurement sheets and quantity take-off as required.
To handle other assigned duties or related job as required
Job Requirements:
Minimum diploma or degree holder in Building / Quantity Surveying.
1-3 Year(s) of working experience in Construction Sector.
Candidate that are without experience but willing to learn are also welcome to apply.
Able to work independently.
Knowledge in computer software such as MS Words, MS Excel, etc
Processes good working attitude.
