What they need
- Involved in cost analysis, estimation within interior fit-out projects and contracts administration services
- Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements
- Monitor budget and keep track of project expenditures
- Prepare and submit tenders including quantity taking off and pricing
- Prepare letter of award to subcontractors and verify claims and cost control
- Identify and prepare variations orders for the projects
- Obtain subcontractors and suppliers quotation for costing
- Close liaison among project managers, designers and vendors and QS team in Singapore
- Highly trustworthy, self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ad-Hoc duties as assigned
