Job Description:
Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off, and cost estimates.
Handle rate analysis, budgeting, and tendering work.
Verify contractor bills, prepare client bills, and manage variations.
Conduct site measurements and maintain cost records.
Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and clients.
Skills:
AutoCAD, MS Excel, quantity take-off, billing, rate analysis, and good communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
