Key responsibilities
- Overall Q.S operation including take-off, BO & materials, tendering & cost analysis
- Claims and cost management and prepare progress claim, final account, valuation of contract works
- Overall project contract administration and co-ordination
- Liaise with consultants, main contractor and sub-contractors
About you
- Experience in building works
- Able to handle pre and post-contract administration
- Computer literate, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal skill
- Sound working knowledge of cost control
