What they need
About the role
Support the Tender Team by interpreting contract drawings, measurement of quantities, preparing bill of quantities, interpretation of specifications and to request for information and clarification. Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, request for quotations, build-up tender base cost and prepare tender proposal for management review. Attend site briefing to compile all documents required for tender submission.

- Request quotations and build-up tender base cost
- Prepare tender proposals for management review
- Attend site briefings and compile tender submission documents
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management
About you
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management related field
- Minimum 1-3 years relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying for renovation and A&A Works
- Knowledge of local form of contracts (e.g. PSSCOC, SIA)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
