What they need
Responsible for providing quantity survey functions by assisting with:
Progress payment and final account
V.O. estimation and submission
Subcontracts and suppliers contractual matters
Assist on legal case (HK and PRC based)
Manage cost plans, cost estimation and cost control
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project staff for commercial matters
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying
- 2-4 years’ site QS experience in Contractors for building projects
- Responsible, perseverant, able to work independently
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
