About the Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support the tender, contract, and commercial administration of our construction projects. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure cost, contract, and claim matters are managed accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle tender administration and support the full tender submission process
• Prepare and compile tender documents, information, and required submissions
• Prepare Bills of Quantities, including quantity take-off and materials sourcing
• Source, obtain, compile, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
• Follow up with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely quotation submission
• Support contract administration for ongoing construction projects
• Source and negotiate subcontractor and supplier terms and rates
• Prepare Letters of Award, work orders, and related contract documents
• Prepare interim progress claims, Variation Orders, and final accounts with clients
• Review and certify subcontractors’ progress claims and final accounts for payment
• Coordinate with project teams on contractual, commercial, and site-related matters
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
• Good contractual knowledge and contract administration experience
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organised
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
• Good written communication skills in English
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and collaborate well with project teams
