What they need
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects.
- Review plans, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdowns.
- Request and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Monitor project costs, materials, and quantities used.
- Prepare progress billing and payment documentation.
- Check and evaluate variation orders and additional works.
- Coordinate with the project team, engineers, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor the project budget and identify possible cost overruns.
- Prepare quantity and cost reports for management.
- Assist in contract administration and procurement.
- Conduct site inspections to verify actual quantities and completed works.
- Must have at least 2-4 year experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Must be a License Civil Engineer
- Can start asap
