What they need
Tender process
Quantity take off
Prepare and submit progress claims, evaluating progress claims from sub-contractors, prepare and submit Variation Orders etc. etc.
Site visit, supervision and coordination works
Meeting with Clients, consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors
Good working knowledge of Autocad and Microsoft Office
Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time
Candidate must possesses at least a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
Minimum one (1) year experience in construction industry however fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Able to work independently
Able to meet tight deadline, work under pressure and having a commitment to deliver high quality work
Possess own transport
