REDS™ is a design-and-build organization delivering commercial interiors, experience centres, workplaces, retail, hospitality and institutional projects. We are looking for a hands-on Quantity Surveyor who can manage the commercial side of projects from tendering and BOQ to billing, variations and final accounts.

What You'll Own

· Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates and cost plans from drawings and specifications.

· Review architectural, civil, structural and MEP drawings for quantities and cost impact.

· Handle rate analysis, RFQs, vendor quotations and comparative statements.

· Prepare and verify client RA bills, subcontractor bills, measurements and work orders.

· Evaluate variations, extra items, deviations and contractor/vendor claims.

· Monitor project costs, commitments and variations against approved budgets.

· Support tender submissions, commercial proposals, cost reports and MIS.

· Coordinate with Project, Design, Procurement, Planning and Finance teams.

· Support forecasting, cost optimization, value engineering and final account closure.

What You Need to Bring

· 10+ years in Quantity Surveying, estimation, costing or commercial management.

· Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.

· Strong hands-on experience in BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, billing, tendering and cost control.

· Good understanding of contracts, variations, subcontractor billing and final accounts.

· Ability to read architectural, civil, structural and MEP drawings.

· Commercial interior fit-out experience is strongly preferred.

· Strong vendor/subcontractor coordination and negotiation skills.

Excel | AutoCAD | MS Project | Power BI
We are looking for people who have actually used these tools in project work, not just listed them on a resume.
