What they need
We’re Hiring: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in UAE construction projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity takeoffs, cost estimates and BOQs
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documents
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparisons
- Manage variations, payment applications and final accounts
- Monitor project costs and maintain accurate commercial records
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field
- UAE experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
- Strong knowledge of contracts, measurement and cost control
- Proficiency in Excel and quantity takeoff software
- Good communication and coordination skills
