Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, bill of quantities (BOQ), material costing, and project cost monitoring to support the successful planning and execution of our construction projects.

Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: City of San Fernando, Pampanga or Various Location
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bill of quantities (BOQ)
• Monitor project costs, materials, and quantities
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications
• Assist in procurement and material costing
• Prepare progress billing and other cost-related reports
• Coordinate with the project team, suppliers, and subcontractors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• With relevant experience in construction is preferred
• Knowledge of construction materials, costs, and estimation
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, organized, and good with numbers
• Willing to work on project sites within Pampanga and nearby areas
