What they need
Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: UAE
Requirement: Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
- Review drawings and specifications
- Monitor project costs and variations
- Prepare interim valuations and final account
- Ensure project costs are within budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
- Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software
- Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory)
