Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Handle pre-contract activities including sourcing contractors/suppliers, preparing tender documents, tender evaluation reports, and contract award administration within timeline
• Manage post-contract matters such as monthly progress claims, variation orders, and final account closing for completed projects
• Assist in project costing, budgeting, and cost control monitoring
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in QS or equivalent (Construction / Developer )

• Candidates with 1-2 years experience is preferred, procurement background will be encourage too

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Possesses good analytical and measurements skills

• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
