QUANTITY SURVEYOR

• Ability & Independent In Pre and Post QS Operations
  ( Tendering, Cost Estimation, Progress Claim, Claim Evaluation, Meeting And Etc )
• Prepare and review tender document, quotation, bill of quantities, letter of award and contract. 
• Prepare and review project progress claims and sub-contractor progress claim.
• Responsible in taking off quantity
• Required skill (s) : AutoCad / Cubicost 
• Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English as this roles will required to liaise with our diverse client base and partners.
• Good co-ordination, liaison, negotiation and communication skills. 
• Self-motivated and results oriented with high level of integrity and professionalism.
