Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates and quotations.
• Source and compare supplier and subcontractor prices.
• Prepare client proposals and tender submissions.
• Prepare and track variation orders (VOs).
• Assist with project costing, progress claims and final accounts.
• Attend site visits when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial renovation or interior fit-out.
• AutoCAD is required for reading drawings, taking measurements and basic amendments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
