What they need
We're looking for a mid-level Quantity Surveyors with 2–4 years UAE experience in building and villa joinery projects to support cost control, measurement, procurement & subcontractor management across our villa projects.
Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs & cost estimates for joinery, fit-out & finishing works
Review drawings, specifications & BOQs for accurate pricing
Process subcontractor payments & track material usage
Prepare tender documents, pricing schedules & commercial reports
Analyze supplier/subcontractor quotations & support negotiations
Manage contractual correspondence related to joinery works
UAE experience in building & villa joinery projects
Able to read drawings, measure from BOQs & use Excel/QS software
Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Detail-oriented, organized & able to work under deadlines
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
