What they need
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in construction quantity surveying and cost estimation.
The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tender pricing, and supporting the commercial team in project-related matters.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in construction QS and estimation.
Strong practical experience with PlanSwift for quantity take-off.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read and measure drawings.
Good knowledge of Excel and construction rate analysis.
Knowledge of BOQ, subcontractor pricing, material rates, and construction methods.
Good communication and coordination skills.
UAE construction experience is preferred.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
