We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to support our ongoing and upcoming projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the effective cost management of construction works and project materials, from initial estimates to the final acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents
• Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with budget
• Conduct site visits for quantity take-offs and progress evaluation
• Prepare interim payment applications, variations, and final accounts
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and quality standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QS (preferably in [your industry])
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software like Plan Swift or Bluebeam
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Attention to detail with strong time management
