What they need
- Handle project costing, quantity take-off and preparation of quotations / BQ.
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Monitor project costs, budgets and profit margins.
- Prepare and manage Variation Orders (VO).
- Prepare progress claims and assist with payment follow-up.
- Manage procurement and subcontractor costs.
- Conduct site measurement and verify completed works.
- Assist in contract administration and final accounts.
- Maintain proper QS, costing and project commercial records.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Supervisor, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Perform other QS and commercial duties assigned by Management.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
