- Survey & Data : Survey awal & akhir lapangan, cek volume & perubahan di lapangan
- BoQ & RAB : Hitung volume, buat BoQ + RAB sesuai gambar & spek teknis
- Perencanaan : Membuat time schedule & evaluasi progres
- Budgeting : Analisa kebutuhan material, alat, tenaga kerja & dana
- Solusi : Mampu memberikan masukan teknis
- Billing : Siapkan data & dokumen untuk pengajuan termin pembayaran
Kualifikasi :
- Mampu membaca gambar kerja & spesifikasi teknis interior
