QUANTITY SURVEYOR

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, estimates, and cost calculations for construction projects.
• Review plans, drawings, specifications, BOQ, and other contract documents.
• Prepare and evaluate Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Monitor project costs, quantities, and material usage.
• Prepare progress billing, variation orders, and cost reports.
• Assist in tendering, bidding, and subcontractor evaluation.
• Conduct site measurements and verify actual quantities of completed works.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Engineers, Procurement, Accounting, and Site Team.
• Monitor project budget and identify cost variances.
• Maintain accurate records of quantities, costs, contracts, and project documentation.
