About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive / Executive, Quantity Surveyor (QS) to support our project and commercial operations.

You will be responsible for project costing, tendering, procurement, contract administration, cost control, progress claims, variations, and final accounts. You will work closely with our project, design, procurement, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BQ, tender documents, and quotation comparisons.
• Review and negotiate quotations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Handle contracts, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Prepare project cost reports and updates for management.
• Coordinate with project, design, procurement, and site teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Executive: 2–4 years of relevant QS experience.
• Senior Executive: 4–6 years of relevant QS experience.
• Experience in construction or interior fit-out is preferred.
• Good knowledge of costing, tendering, contracts, and cost control.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS-related software.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
