Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare tender estimates and Bills of Quantities (BQ) and source suppliers and subcontractors.

• Assist in awarding contracts and reviewing contract documents

• Manage pre- and post-contract activities, including monitoring materials and construction costs, site valuation, variation orders, and final accounts.

• To verify subcontractors, vendors and supplier’s claim

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and sub-contractors.

• Site visit for measurement, verification, discussion and follow up on project work progress.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least Diploma in QS or equivalents.

• With interpersonal skills & negotiation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application.

• Preferably with experienced in construction industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
