Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

1. Manages claims for IBC works (e.g., monthly payment claims, final BQ computations) and ensures timely submission to the FMM.
2. Reviews quotation rates and certifies contractors’ invoices to ensure alignment with COPs and Purchase Orders.
3. Ensures completeness and timeliness of all financial and administrative submissions required for project processing.
4. Conducts regular meetings with relevant stakeholders to discuss cost management matters, including claim valuation and final account closure

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years experience in quantity surveying or construction projects
• In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry
• Understand bid/tender documents/drawings/specification
• Able to work 5.5 work days per week; Monday to Friday (0730 to 1700 hours) and Saturday (0730 to 1200 hours).
• Willing to work in the East Region
