What they need
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team and handle commercial and quantity surveying matters for interior A&A and renovation projects.
- Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for interior A&A and renovation works.
- Review architectural, structural, M&E and interior design drawings to determine project quantities and costs.
- Prepare and evaluate tenders and quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Obtain, compare and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations to achieve competitive pricing.
