About The Job
- Handling pre & post tender management and cost planning.
- Fully involved in technical matters relating to tendering such as cost calculation, estimation & compilation of required information.
- Fully involved in managing the contract terms and coming out with strategic solutions to terms that are not suitable.
- Full involved & experienced in sourcing matters such as sub-contractors, suppliers and consultant to get the best deals.
- In charge of reviewing tender sums, terms and conditions in contract documents so projects tendered/awarded are successful.
- Full involved & experienced in tracking project progress and handle contractual disputes to manage project costing.
- Able to do costing, measurement for building, steel structure and infrastructure.
- Responsible for feasibility studies, budgeting, and cash flow management for projects
