QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible for measuring and taking off quantities from drawings.Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments.Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.Prepare, analyze and present cost comparison to management.Attend negotiations, discussions, meetings with sub-contractors and suppliers where necessary.Work with Engineering Department to oversee and ensure compliance with technical standards.Prepare cost analysis and form cost reduction strategies to ensure the overall value is enhanced for the project.Assist Contractual team on contractual claims so that the project scope is managed.Coordinate with various department related to cost issue.Monitor procurement and delivery orders.To assist the Project Control Manager with all other QS related job as required.Technical support to construction and design teams.Check drawings compliance and assist to update drawings

Job Requirement

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Able to work independently, meticulous, analytical for long-term service.
• Working experience as a Quantity Surveyor are preferred, LTA project
