Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, billing, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Prepare and verify subcontractor and client measurements and bills.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
• Evaluate variations, claims, and additional works.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Maintain accurate commercial and cost-control records.

Requirements

• B. E civil in Civil Engineering
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction/project QS roles.
• Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, measurements, billing, and cost control.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and variation management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant quantity-surveying software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
