What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Prepare and evaluate tenders and quotations.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations.
- Prepare payment applications and final accounts.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams.
- Maintain accurate commercial documentation.
Requirements:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong knowledge of estimation and cost control.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
