Tanggung Jawab Utama:
Menyusun Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dan Bill of Quantities (BQ).
Melakukan perhitungan take-off volume material dan pekerjaan berdasarkan gambar kerja.
Evaluasi penawaran harga dari vendor/subkontraktor.
Mengelola administrasi kontrak, klaim progress, serta variation order (VO).
Memantau dan mengontrol pengeluaran biaya proyek (cost control) agar sesuai anggaran.
