HIRING: QUANTITY SURVEYOR

**Location:** Ogudu–Ojota, Lagos

**Salary:** ₦250,000 Gross Monthly

**Work Schedule:** Monday – Friday

A construction company is seeking an experienced **Quantity Surveyor** with at least **5 years of relevant work experience** to join its team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents.

* Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditure.

* Conduct material take-offs and quantity measurements.

* Evaluate contractor quotations and supplier pricing.

* Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and variation claims.

* Monitor project progress to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with specifications.

* Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.

**Requirements**

* Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

* Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in construction.

* Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQs, and contract administration.

* Proficiency in relevant industry software and Microsoft Excel.

* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
