What they need
Job Summary
We are looking for an analytical Quantity Surveyor to manage material estimation, cost control, and financial reporting for our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate required material quantities for projects based on design concepts and architectural drawings.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budget forecasts for raw materials and supplies.
- Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and price custom manufacturing requests submitted by project teams.
- Prepare actual vs. estimated cost analysis reports to optimize budgets and minimize waste.
- Review and audit financial submittals, supplier invoices, and contractor variations.
- Generate regular financial and quantity reports for management review.
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
