Quantity Surveying (QS)

1. Tender & Quotation Preparation

• Preparation and submission of quotations and tenders
• Request and evaluation of supplier/subcontractor quotations
• Cost estimation and budget preparation
• Tender clarification and negotiation support

2. Contract Administration

• Review of contracts, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements
• Monitoring contract compliance and variations
• Preparation and submission of variation orders (VO)
• Assessment and negotiation of variation claims

3. Progress Claims & Payment Certification

• Preparation and submission of monthly progress claims
• Follow-up on payment certifications and approvals
• Verification of work done against contract requirements
• Monitoring certified and outstanding claim amounts.

4. Final Accounts

• Verification of project completion quantities
• Settlement of outstanding contractual matters

5. Procurement Support

• Preparation of purchase requisitions and material schedules
• Evaluation of supplier and subcontractor proposals
• Coordination with project and procurement teams on cost-related matters

6. General QS Administration

• Maintain project cost records and documentation
• Attend project meetings and site visits when required
• Provide commercial and contractual support to management and project teams
• Assist in resolving contractual and payment-related issues with clients and subcontractors.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
