Quantity Surveyor

Key responsibilities

• Prepare progress claims, variation orders and reports
• Obtain quotations from contractors / suppliers for cost estimation and budgeting
• Liaise with site team for progress verification and reporting
• Handle contract administration matters, including quotations and purchase orders

About you

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Experience in contract administration, procurement, cost control and variation management
• Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD
• Willing to travel / outstation
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
