Job Summary

Hillways Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in civil infrastructure and highway projects under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify BOQs, detailed estimates, and quantity calculations.
• Manage billing, subcontractor bills, and client RA bills.
• Handle rate analysis, cost estimation, and budget monitoring.
• Monitor project quantities, material consumption, and cost variations.
• Prepare and verify measurements, variations, and extra-item claims.
• Coordinate with project, planning, execution, and finance teams.
• Maintain accurate quantity records and project documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or highway projects.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in HAM (Hybrid Annuity Model) projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing, estimation, and contract documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying practices.
• Willingness to work at project locations as per company requirements.
