Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with experience in civil construction billing, quantity estimation, and material reconciliation. The candidate will be responsible for verifying contractor bills, calculating quantities from construction drawings, maintaining measurement records, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify Running Account (RA) bills and final bills.
• Perform quantity take-offs from civil, structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
• Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and structural steel measurements.
• Maintain Joint Measurement Records (JMR) and supporting documentation.
• Prepare variation statements and track changes in project quantities.
• Perform material reconciliation and monitor material consumption and wastage.
• Maintain billing trackers, measurement sheets, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams to ensure accurate measurements and billing.
