Quantity Surveyor

Conduct site measurements, verify dimensions and assess project requirements.

Calculate material, labour and subcontractor costs based on drawings and site conditions.

Prepare accurate quotations using the company's approved price list and profit margin guidelines.

Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.

Monitor actual project costs against approved budgets and identify cost overruns.

Prepare VO quotations and obtain approval before additional work begins.

Coordinate with ID/Sales, Operations, Accounts and subcontractors regarding project costs and requirements.

Prepare progress claims and verify subcontractor payment claims against completed work.

Track project gross profit, cost changes and expected final profit.
