What they need
Scope of work
- Tendering, contract & subcontract in Civil & Building, Archi, infra & MEP works
- Review of scope of work, project Preamble, Drawings and Specifications.
- Material Take off and Procurement
- Prepare & submit Progress Claim, Certify Subcontractor's claim
- Assessment of Variation Order
- Determine and Monitoring Project cost
Qualification
- Minimum Diploma in QS or Civil engineering or construction Management
- Minimum experience 3 year
- Involved in Tendering, Contract and subcontracting works
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
