Luxbee Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Bandar Tasik Selatan, Kuala Lumpur. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring cost-effective and efficient delivery. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional development and growth within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing:

1.    Reviewing and preparing tender and contract documents

2.    Preparing and submitting progress claims and contract work valuations

3.    Supporting planning, procurement, and overall project management

4.    Assisting with day-to-day QS tasks on assigned projects

What we're looking for:

1.    Minimum education is Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome)

2.    Experience in building construction, site work, and project management.

3.    Proficient in quantity take off, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office

4.    Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and additional languages are a plus

5.    Willing to travel or outstation as needed

6.    Malaysian citizen or holder of relevant residence status
