QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:
Carried out site measurement of materials.

Prepare & monitor progress payment claims.

General & Project administration and documentation.

Ad-hoc duties assigned by Planning Manager.

Handle AutoCAD 2D.

Monthly closing of invoices.

Creation of PO (Purchase Order).

Liaising with vendors for item purchasing.

Manage office supplies and ration.

Supplier invoices verification.

Account journal entry.

Handle work pass application.

Manage attendance records for direct and sub-contractor workers.

ISO documentation.

Familiar with government license application in construction sector.

Training course arrangement.

Vehicles and accommodation management.

Ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager.

Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree holder in relevant qualification.

2 years of working experience in construction sector. Those without working experience may consider.

Immediate position.

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Words.

Good at filing and summarizing.

Willing to learn.

Construction site working environment.

6 working days per week.

Willing to work after working hours including weekend and Public Holiday.
