Job Description:

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for the Tender Department with experience in construction contracting, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Prepare cost estimates and rate analysis.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotations.
• Prepare tender submissions and quotation comparison statements.
• Coordinate with project, planning, and procurement teams.

Required Skills:

• Experience in quantity surveying, estimation, and tendering.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Contractor company experience preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
