  • Work closely with clients, project managers, engineers and contractors to resolve commercial issues and support informed decisions.
  • Represent Rha Commercial® professionally, building trusted relationships and maintaining high standards of service.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant construction or commercial discipline.
  • MRICS, MCIOB or MCInstCES membership, or demonstrable progress towards one of these professional qualifications.
  • Relevant quantity surveying experience within infrastructure, transportation or construction.
  • A sound understanding of cost management, procurement, valuations, change control and final accounts.
  • Experience administering NEC and/or JCT contracts.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and reporting skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to work directly with clients and project teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant commercial management or estimating software.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working within a consultancy or supporting multiple client projects.
  • Experience on rail, highways, utilities or other infrastructure schemes.
  • Experience supporting both client-side and contractor-side commercial activities.
  • Familiarity with CostX, Bluebeam or equivalent measurement and estimating tools.
